Domestic (Australia-Wide)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 AUD. Please note: flour is not included in the FREE shipping rate due to the weight. This is calculated at checkout separately. 

For orders under $200, rates are:

• Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout
• Express Shipping:  Calculated at checkout
  

• Dried Starter Only: $5.00 AUD flat rate
  
  

Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 8 business days, depending on your location. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

• Standard International: $35 AUD (6–15 business days)
  
  

• Express International: from $50 AUD (4–7 business days)
  
  

Please note: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.

Local Pickup (Adelaide Only)

Local pickup is available in Adelaide’s western suburbs. Pickup instructions will be emailed to you after checkout. This is a free option available to eligible postcodes.

Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is on the way.

Delays & Exceptions

Damaged or Missing Orders

We pack every order with care, but if something arrives damaged or incomplete, get in touch immediately. We’ll make it right.
