Sad, one cover fits my 22cm banneton but the other does not fit!

It doesn’t go on
I contacted the admin and they said just keep trying it will stretch, but it doesn’t. I sent videos and then I haven’t received a response since.
Definitely manufacturing issue and love the designs but one is unusable and I’m upset a replacement wasn’t sent.
Shame :(
Great quality bowl covers. They fit both round and oval bannetons perfectly, keep the dough covered while proofing, and are easy to use and clean. Highly recommend.
