Designed for clean scores and beautiful blooms because every loaf deserves a little artistry.
• Carefully remove and store the blade after each use, it’s sharp and should be handled with care.
• Wipe the wooden body clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking or submerging in water to protect the wood.
• If the wood starts to feel dry, nourish it with a little food-safe mineral oil to keep it smooth and strong.
• Replace the blade as needed to ensure crisp, clean cuts every time.
• Store in a dry spot, disassembled or in a protective case, to keep both the blade and wood in top condition.

I love my lame, ias a beginner I thought it would be easier to manage than the long handled one. The little case is adorable. My only issue is there’s no safe way to retract the blade when it’s in use however, I haven’t cut myself yet!
