Banneton Basket: Tap out excess flour after use and let it fully air dry. Do not wash unless necessary, if needed, use a dry brush or damp cloth and dry thoroughly in sunlight.
Wooden Bread Lame: Wipe blade clean with a dry cloth. Store safely with blade covered. Replace blades as needed.
