Banneton Basket: Dust out excess flour after use; air dry fully. Spot clean only if needed with a dry brush.
Wooden Bread Lame: Wipe blade clean and store safely. Replace blades as needed.
Bench Scraper & Spatula: dishwasher safe but recommendhand wash with warm soapy water and dry well.
Dough Whisk: Rinse immediately after use. Hand wash and dry completely.
Starter Jar & Lid: Wash jar and lid before first use. Hand wash lid to protect silicone.
Linen Cover: Spot clean or hand wash gently, air dry flat.
