Care Instructions:
Banneton Basket: Dust out excess flour after use; air dry fully. Spot clean only if needed with a dry brush.
Wooden Bread Lame: Wipe blade clean and store safely. Replace blades as needed.
Bench Scraper & Spatula: dishwasher safe but recommendhand wash with warm soapy water and dry well.
Dough Whisk: Rinse immediately after use. Hand wash and dry completely.
Starter Jar & Lid: Wash jar and lid before first use. Hand wash lid to protect silicone.
Linen Cover: Spot clean or hand wash gently, air dry flat.
GF sourdough is a little more time consuming than a regular sourdough! I was convinced it wouldn't work...but it did and the loaf was pretty impressive.
Still learning. This was the first batch of muffins and cinnamon scrolls.
Have made muffins again and they are better than this lot. Husband very happy.
Cinnamon scrolls were a big sticky mess. Not sure I'll do them again.
My bread is improving with each loaf. Yesterday's loaf was the best yet. Great crumb and ear!

It took me a little while to get to know my starter and to get the feeding and temperature right. But now I have an active bubbly starter. All the equipment is perfect to get started. A little more direction on exactly how to get the starter going and how to make the bread as I’ve had to do a bit of research. But otherwise super happy with my purchase. As my family said mum is in her bread era.
I absolutely love this kit. It gave me everything I needed in one place, no having to shop at different stores or add extra bits to the card because it was all there. And my sourdough gets better by the loaf.

I love my lame, ias a beginner I thought it would be easier to manage than the long handled one. The little case is adorable. My only issue is there’s no safe way to retract the blade when it’s in use however, I haven’t cut myself yet!

Have been using all four of my lined bread bags simultaneously; one for the fresh bread loaf, one for the frozen baguettes, one for the frozen sourdough round loaf and one for the frozen bread loaf. And can say, whether frozen or fresh, the bread has kept beautifully (not that the fresh bread lasts long in my household - too tasty!). The bags wash well, I do find they dry best when turned inside out.
Sad, one cover fits my 22cm banneton but the other does not fit!

I contacted the admin and they said just keep trying it will stretch, but it doesn’t. I sent videos and then I haven’t received a response since.
Definitely manufacturing issue and love the designs but one is unusable and I’m upset a replacement wasn’t sent.

I have always worn aprons when I’m cooking to protect my clothing and have owned some treasured ones over the years, including a striped one that belonged to my late father. However, this one is next level, due to its design. However, I only use it when I’m making bread and cakes and use the old ones for other cooking. I have passed my dad’s apron on to my daughter now but this ‘Sourdoughway’ apron is a keeper! Even though I’m only a size 10, I find the ties a little too short, even for me but that’s only a minor detail.
